Project Description

Development of a new 575,000 square foot satellite campus for the National Cancer Institute, a division of the U.S. National Institutes of Health, NCI's new research campus sits within Johns Hopkins University's Montgomery County Campus, amongst 16 biotech companies and research centers. The complex consists of two, seven-story structures and a parking garage, with design and construction adhering to standards for the obtainment of LEED Gold certification.


Entire kitchen package including: millwork, exhaust hoods, walk-ins, refrigeration systems, and all associated cooking and preparation equipment. Complete installation of equipment including: refrigeration piping, stainless steel welding, fire protection, millwork counters and stone tops. Coordination of all electrical and mechanical systems integrated with associated equipment.
