Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the Watergate Hotel is part of the five-building Watergate, which opened in 1967, and includes the site of the 1972 break-in, ultimately leading to President Richard Nixon's resignation. Renovations include gutting 13 floors (277,000 square-feet) of vacant, building. Replacement plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems, imported finishes, two new restaurants, one with a terrace and rooftop bar, renovated ballrooms, spa and fitness center, are also included in the renovations. Due to the hotel's historic status, the building's notable exterior structure and concrete balconies will only include cosmetic and structural improvements.
Entire kitchen package including: the rooftop bar, exhaust hoods, walk-ins, refrigeration systems, and all associated cooking and preparation equipment. Complete installation of equipment including refrigeration piping, stainless steel welding, fire protection, millwork bar and stone tops. Coordination of all electrical and mechanical systems integrated with associated equipment.
