Design and development of a two-level restaurant, in an existing multi-level building. The lower level was excavated to allow the height necessary to handle the ventilation requirements of a commercial kitchen. Ashland worked closely with James Beard award winner, Eric Ziebold, to design his state of the art kitchen. This lower level kitchen was designed to provide full service to both Kinship, located on the main floor, and Metier, located on the lower level.
Entire kitchen package including: exhaust hoods, walk-ins, refrigeration systems, and all associated cooking and preparation equipment. Complete installation of equipment including refrigeration piping, stainless steel welding and fire protection. Coordination of all electrical and mechanical systems integrated with associated equipment.
