Project Description
Two Roads Brewery, an established local brand and working brewery, was proposed for a new concept in Bradley International Airport as a restaurant and bar. The look and feel of this concept had to maintain the brewery in mind from finishes to signage and graphics. Deep rich tones and use of industrial wall tiles, custom pine end grain bar top with steel trim, recycled barrel planks and thin brick veneer, all create an ambiance of a brewery tasting room. While offering all of the brewery beers on tap, this space also caters to the everyday traveler with grab and go sandwiches heated to order, coffee, refrigerated beverages and retail merchandising. Bar seating as well as table and banquette along with bold brewery graphics and imagery help position this space as a prototype for future application of the brand.
Scope
Renovate existing coffee bakery concept into a Two Roads Tap Room.
